In this hands on baking & decorating class, students will learn how to use a template to hand cut pâte sucrée cookie dough, how to make sugar sprinkle cookies, how to make a decorative chocolate sparkle bark, and how to fill & decorate your tart with a white chocolate cream filling, and adorn it with fresh fruit, confections, candies, sprinkles, and/or flowers.
