Hand Modeled Toppers

Learn the basics in fondant modeling & create a seasonal cake topper design using hand modeling & basic tools. Students in this class will learn how to color fondant, how to cut out fondant using cutters & tips, how texture fondant, and how to make the basic hand modeling shapes: ball, egg, oval, teardrop, cone, football, and rope.
